How do I resend an old or forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, change it [here] and follow the 'Forgot Your Password?' instructions. For security reasons, we cannot send your password via email. If you keep having troubles accessing your account, please contact us via email.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I request an exchange?

Go to My Account, find the correct order you'd like to exchange, and select "exchange".  From there, you can request an exchange for a new fit or size.  Once you've completed the request, the new item will ship out immediately without an additional charge to your card.

Please note that you have 14 days to return the item you no longer want. After that 14 day period, if we don't receive any item(s) back, we will charge your card full price for the item which you requested in the exchange.

Additionally, you can simply place a new order for the size or style that you need, then send back the original item with the prepaid shipping label that came with your order.  We'll refund you in your original form of payment. 

How do I exchange my order for another size?

Provided you order the exchange with the 30 day period after delivery, go to My Account, find the correct order, and select "exchange".   Upon our receipt of the originally order item and confirming it is in new condition, we will promptly send you the replacement item. Any item marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. 

What is your return policy?

You can return any purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and has all tags if any for a full refund. After 30 day we do not accept returns.  We provide a free return shipping label in every box.  If you have lost the return label, go to Recent Orders in My Account and you can print a new one.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to Post Office boxes?

All of our shipments are sent via FedEx. They do not deliver to Post Office boxes, forwarding addresses or courier collection points. We do deliver to all home and office addresses.

When will by order arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. Delivery time once shipped in the United States is 1-5 business days. Standard delivery within the United States is always free. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. 

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your taking number. You may also log in to your account at any time after your order has shipped and you can see the tracking number.
